Croton Aqueduct Gatehouse

The Croton Aqueduct Gatehouse is already a landmark and is maintained by NYC Parks.  We had been communicating with Parks for a while, and it looked like there was a party interested in renovating/restoring the site — but then COVID hit, and everyone withdrew.
